Information about the house
- (We are still renovating the house (ground floor bathroom is operational, but still in old condition) and start renting it from 2024. So a special price can be discussed for the first rental season!)

Layout of the house
- Ground Floor:
Terrace with palm trees, tables and chairs, entrance, living room with smart television, books, couch and chair, small desk, kitchen with dining table, equipped with microwave oven, electric 4 burner induction hob with 2 boosters, oven, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, separate toilet. Stairs to…. - Second floor:
3 bedrooms with double bed each, (box spring bed tempura and normal seperable beds), bathroom with rain shower, sink and (second) toilet. The covered balcony at the front of the house with French doors is accessible from the 2 front bedrooms, with sea view. 1 extra ‘music’ room with piano, guitar, double bass with bed (80 x 200 cm) that can be extendedd into a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. - Distance to sand beaches (Le Lavandou): 2 km, 12 minutes walk, 3 minutes drive
- Distance to Intermarché (large supermarket): 2 minutes walk!

Let us know what time you arrive at least one day in advance and our french host will welcome you, show you around and hand over the key.
Check out: before 10:00 hrs
Let us know what time you leave a day in advance so we can do a short check of the house, and collect the key
Prepayment / Vorauszahlung.
To confirm the booking, the full amount will have to be paid in order to finalize the booking. In addition, we charge a deposit of € 250,-.
You will receive the deposit back at check-out if everything is in order.

Sie erhalten die Kaution beim Check-out zurück, wenn alles in Ordnung ist.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival and you will be refunded the rent minus reservation costs of € 25,-
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival minus cleaning costs of € 145,-.
No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
Sie können bis 30 Tage vor Anreise kostenlos stornieren und erhalten die Miete abzüglich der Reservierungskosten von € 25, – zurückerstattet.
Wenn Sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Anreise stornieren, wird Ihnen der Gesamtpreis der Reservierung berechnet, abzüglich Reinigungskosten von € 145, -.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
